CoRE LAW, PLLC is owned and operated by James B. Hoff.  Mr. Hoff is a licensed attorney in the states of Washington and California, and has been practicing law since 1990 in the greater Seattle area.  The vast majority of Mr. Hoff’s legal experience has been in the areas of commercial real estate and business transactions.  His background includes serving as in-house counsel to a leading Northwest real estate development company, and several years working as a business attorney in a sizeable West Coast law firm.  Mr. Hoff obtained his bachelor’s degree, juris doctorate, and master’s degree in tax law from the University of Washington.  His advanced tax law credentials assist him in solving a wide array of problems with optimal pragmatism and efficiency.
